When we visited Bharatpur in Dec 2017, we found that the migratory birds like Northern Shovellers, Pintails, Gargeney, Gadwall etc were either present in less number or not present. We had an interview with the locals and were surprised to note that the people were pessimistic as the lackluster attitude of the park authorities. This small video will give you the locals views
